Less than two minutes on foot from two different supermarkets, less than five minutes from the high street with its shops, bars and restaurants, this home is what the phrase 'convenient location' was coined for.

Built this Centuary and thus benefitting from all the modern insulation techniques that make today's homes so easy to heat and maintain. This offers cost effective living without having to compromise one iota on comfort. It is also ideally placed for speedy access to the Deeside, Chester and Wrexham employment centres either by car or it's just a short walk from the main Bus Terminal in Mold.

Part of an attractive complex of apartments just off the Denbigh Road and within sight of the Bailey Hill, this apartment provides contemporary modern living at its finest. The dedicated single parking place lies immediately outside the door serving the three apartments in this wing, they being ground floor, first and second floors...with this being on the first floor.

From the inner hall, we climb one short flight of shallow pitch stairs. These are indeed so shallow that they would present little difficulty for those for whom steps are sometimes a problem.

Opening the door to the apartment itself and stepping into the inner hallway, the first door we find opens into the Jack and Jill bathroom.

This comes as a real surprise as very few large houses provide bathrooms anything like as big and handy as this. Facing us as we enter, is a full size walk-in shower cubicle with its mains fed power shower and the rest of the suite comprises the usual suspects found in a bathroom, pedestal hand basin, lavatory and bath, but the thing that makes it feel special is its sheer size!

The other thing that makes this bathroom stand out is another separate door to the main bedroom - hence it's called a Jack and Jill bathroom - so it's pretty much the same as having your own private en-suite.

Opposite here on the other side of the hall is the smaller bedroom. This also comes as a pleasant surprise, as the smaller room is so often intended as a single room for a child, but this would accept a double bed with ease, still leaving sufficient space for other items of free-standing or even fixed furniture.

Further down the hall is another door on the same side as the bathroom, giving access to the main bedroom.

This, like much else in this apartment, can only be described as luxurious. Currently, it's housing a king size bed with dressing table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, still leaves a generous amount of free floor space. Another door in here opens to the Jack and Jill style bathroom, and as I've already pointed out, this provides the room with its own en-suite.

Finally, the hall takes us into the lounge. Again, this manages to impress by providing the sort of space usually reserved for larger houses and offering a high level of comfort for a home that needs to accommodate comparably few people.

The other end of the room is designated as the dining room and again, the space is such that this is a role it is able to fulfil admirably, allowing ample room for a six-seat dining table and chairs. Alternatively, of course, dispensing with formality would provide the opportunity to have a lounge of enormous proportions but I feel the dining room option would prove the more popular option.

Located right next to the dining area is the is open plan 'U' shaped kitchen which, while not huge is so well designed and thought out that its size is simply not an issue. All the necessities of a convenient modern life are here, nestling in and on attractive stylish units and the position of the room makes serving dinner guests as convenient as it can be.

This whole apartment has been very well thought out and provides a very comfortable and relaxed space to live and entertain in and at a very affordable price. It also makes an ideal investment property, as apartments have no garden, so one less thing for a tenant to worry about,

*some rooms may not be the actual rooms of this apartment and similar rooms, from other apartments, may have been used just so you can get an idea of what they look like

All in all, this would make a perfect investment property as there is a long-term tenant who has lived there for around seven years and would love to stay and continue to pay rent if that was an option....OR it's an ideal first time purchase for a couple with perhaps one child, or even a single person who works hard and plays hard and doesn't want to entertain gardening in their spare time. It provides spacious and easy to maintain accommodation with the convenience of its location really making it something special, especially if you don't drive. There is parking not only for you, but also an area for visitors and Mold is well placed for the demands of commuting to the various centres of employment throughout the locality. On top of all this, it is priced sensibly enough to make viewing a virtual necessity.
