We are delighted to offer this well presented one bedroom ground floor apartment. The property is perfectly situated within easy access of our outstanding on-site facilities including the restaurant, bar, reception, library, luxury urban dry spa, beautifully manicured gardens and café.

You enter the apartment into a hallway, which provides access to all rooms and a storage cupboard.

The well-equipped fitted kitchen adjoins the living space and has been designed to offer a range of base level units with worktop, microwave oven, sink and drainer and under counter fridge.

The contemporary living / dining room allows space to entertain family or friends. The room is overlooks the beautifully woodland grounds and features a patio area.
The bedroom has a modern shower / wet room.

Outside, residents have access to beautifully maintained grounds, carefully tended to by our village gardeners.

Richmond Villages Cheltenham welcomes residents who are 60 and over. We also warmly welcome pets as part of the family.
