The modern biomass boiler is a further focal point. A dining area offers plenty of space for a large dining table. The stylish Seafoam kitchen has an excellent range of floor and wall units in high gloss green/blue seafoam colour with wooden worksurface. There is a built-in electric combi oven with microwave, an inset four ring ceramic hob, integrated upright fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

A door opens to the Master Bedroom which is a spacious double room with a window to the front enjoying the water views. There is a walk-in wardrobe. A door leads to the en-suite shower room which has a two-piece suite in white comprising WC and wash-hand basin and a low-profile corner shower with wet wall panelling.
Returning to the main hall and a door leads to Bedroom 2 which again is a large double room enjoying the far-reaching sea views.
