Description

NO ONWARD CHAIN

Parc Rhudd is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac of only a few houses with an outlook onto fields behind, just a short walk away from Caldicot town centre and Caldicot Castle and Country Park, close to walks and amenities. The A48 is just a short drive away which will take you onto the M4 making commuting to Newport, Bristol or Cardiff easy. This Immaculate three bedroom home, located on the edge of a popular residential estate was built two years ago by David Wilson. Entering via the hallway, the downstairs of the property has floor tiles throughout making each room flow into the other beautifully. Thoughtfully decorated in muted tones, the downstairs consists of a light and airy living room leading into the kitchen/diner with French doors leading to the rear garden. The high gloss kitchen is to a higher specification and includes integrated appliances. The stairs sit in the centre of the property and the downstairs WC is off the hallway. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single. Bedroom one benefits from a fitted wardrobe and an ensuite with walk in double shower and has a picturesque outlook towards Wentwood. There is a family bathroom with fully tiled bath with shower over. Outside, the rear garden has been thoughtfully landscaped into two tiers, giving a sunny patio and steps to a lawned area. The gate at the rear leads to a handy bin store which leads round the back of the terraces relinquishing the need to drag dirty rubbish through the house. To the front there are three parking spaces. So call Nathan James to book a viewing.
