The rear vestibule accommodates the Worchester oil fired boiler, which was replaced in 2020, and an external door to the garden and garage.

A shower room comprises WC, wash basin and shower and a window.

The bedroom wing has three bedrooms and a study. The family bathroom has WC, wash basin, a bath and a window for natural light.
