Description

Sellers view:
"I brought the apartment from the developer from new as I loved the quality of the build, the location in a beautiful village setting close to all the amenities with easy public transport links to the wider towns such as Bracknell, Wokingham, Maidenhead & Reading. There is also great rail links from Bracknell & Twyford straight into London.

The property looks like a Manor House and with only 7 apartments it's very quiet and cosy with a fantastic private garden for the residents. There is also plenty of parking including visitors parking. The apartment itself is very spacious and has all the benefits of modern living with really good size rooms so I was smitten and it's turned out to be a really great investment and looks as good today as when first build.

My daughter and her partner rent the property and keep it immaculate but unfortunately they are moving to a new location regarding work and sadly I need to sell this beautiful apartment to help them with their new purchase.

One look is worth a thousand words so I would highly recommend if you are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment to view this gem."

Tenants view:
"Hillcrest has been tranquil and homely - We will be sad to leave this perfectly located apartment in Binfield.

We love the open plan kitchen/dinning/lounge as it’s great to host family and friends. The two bathrooms are also a bonus! We have lovely neighbours who give this building of just 7 apartments that community feel. The flat is highly sustainable to run and we have benefited from the extremely low running costs of the energy bills each month! The communal grounds are also surprisingly spacious compared to places we have lived previously.

In the surrounding area, there is a large open space to walk directly opposite to the apartment which we walk/run around regularly and the local pub/restaurant just up the road ‘The stag and Hounds’ has amazing food and friendly clientele - The pub garden is a huge plus in the summer!"

Kiel's view:
"It's not often I come across an apartment that has it all - the location, the quiet, the internal and external space, the finish! Hillcrest really does tick every single box here making it more than suitable to a range of potential suiters. Given the location on the first floor and the fact it is within only a block of 7 homes, you have privacy, security and peace of mind. Two generous bedrooms with an en suite to the master and a delightful open plan living space with views over the glorious communal grounds make this home an idylic proposition and arguably one of the best homes within the development. Crafted and constructed circa 2007 by messrs, Beaulieu Homes, this property provides a tranquil retreat for the next owner. Having been owned from new and well maintained, in my opinion, there is little to do once you have unpacked! Well suited as a longer term investment as it has been from new, for downsizes or those seeking their first home."
